High-performance MRM 1050 Series Plate Rollers for precise metal bending, suitable for mild steel and aluminum. Available in multiple capacities.
The MRM 1050 Series Plate Rollers feature a robust construction with solid steel gable-ends and a modern soft radius design. These machines accommodate sheet sizes from 1050 mm in width and up to 10.0 mm in thickness for mild steel. The independently mounted three-roll design enhances productivity with easy roll adjustments. Both upper and lower rolls are driven to prevent material marking through slipping. Additionally, the high polished finish protects pre-finished components from damage, making these rollers perfect for handling sensitive materials.
Key features include easy removal of the finished tube by swinging out the top roll, motorized adjustment of the back roll, and a mobile control panel with a three-position foot pedal, including an emergency stop.
