Built for versatility and precision, the STERN BROWN 50 IMS features a robust electro-welded steel base, spheroidal cast-iron structure, and all-electric actuation. The machine can house up to 15 tools, enabling operations such as flaring, threading, rolling, and facing in a single setup. With a maximum end-forming length of 220 mm and thrust force up to 15 tons, it’s ideal for both simple and complex geometries. The IMS 4 CNC software supports G-code programming, intuitive touch-screen control, and remote diagnostics via Ethernet. Optional accessories include hydraulic units, remote webcam support, and drawplate holders for multi-stage forming.
