Precision-engineered multi-spindle drill heads with up to 4 ER8 spindles for compact, high-speed parallel and radial drilling.
Designed for efficiency and accuracy, VH04 Series drill heads feature synchronous gear-driven operation, lightweight bodies, and tight spindle spacing for dense drilling patterns. With a maximum speed of 4,000 RPM and 1:1 gear ratio, each head provides reliable performance in steel, cast iron, and aluminum drilling operations.
Each unit accepts ER8 tools up to Ø 5 mm and is suited for mounting to custom fixtures, gantry systems, or drill stands in automated production setups. Multiple configurations are available to accommodate both linear and radial hole arrangements.
