Heavy-duty 2–4 spindle drill heads with ER16 interfaces and reinforced design for high-torque, high-speed production drilling.
Built to support larger hole diameters and increased material resistance, VH06 drill heads deliver synchronized spindle motion via 1:1 gear ratio and handle rotational speeds up to 4,000 RPM. Each head in the VH06 series is equipped with ER16 tool holders and longer spindles for improved tool accessibility and thermal performance.
These multi-spindle heads are optimized for heavy-duty machining in steel, cast iron, and aluminum, with flexible options for both linear and radial spindle arrangements. They are commonly used in combination with automatic feed units, CNC integration, and industrial fixture setups.
